Compas XR, 2024-2025
Software development project
COMPAS XR streamlines extended reality workflows to ease the implementation of human-machine collaborative applications in architectural research and educational environments. This open-source tool leverages eXtended Reality (XR) technologies to facilitate advanced visualization of construction sequences and real-time collaboration. Users can efficiently preview and modify robotic fabrication paths, ensuring seamless integration of automation in construction projects. The ability to interact directly with robotic arms enhances precision, optimizing the execution of complex designs and minimizing potential errors.

Designed for the modern construction environments, COMPAS XR empowers professionals , researchers, and fabricators to manage and implement projects with precision and accuracy. By enabling a more intuitive understanding of spatial relationships and construction dynamics, it reduces time-to-completion and helps maintain high standards of quality and safety. COMPAS XR is instrumental in pushing the boundaries of traditional construction practices, offering a solution for today’s advanced architectural design and digital fabrication processes.
