Yiwen Wang is an architecture student currently in her third year of Bachelor studies at ETH Zurich. Originally from China, she completed her Abitur in Germany in 2021 and subsequently commenced her Bachelor's degree in architecture at ETH Zurich.
Yiwen has actively pursued her interest in digital design strategies during her undergraduate studies. Currently, she is teaching assistant in the Computational Design III/IV course at Gramazio Kohler Research, ETH Zurich. Noteworthy projects include her involvement in design studios at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Hovestadt, where she explored the integration of artificial intelligence in design processes, as well as her focus work at the Chair of Prof. Dr. Dillenburger, which involved XR urban visual experiments utilizing 3D headset immersion technology.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Wang is also deeply engaged in the arts and music. She leads a music band, leveraging her architectural education to organize live events and create promotional materials. Through these experiences, she has honed her skills in enhancing both visual and spatial aesthetics, enriching her multidisciplinary approach to creative expression. |
