David Bergmann is completing his bachelor’s degree in architecture at ETH Zurich. His fascination with forms, patterns, and spatial arrangements led him to join Gramazio Kohler Research, where he draws inspiration from the parametric designs of Scandinavian façades. He strives for a harmonious blend of building and context, asking questions like: What patterns does the wind leave on a building? How does the rain shape a façade? How can shadow and sunlight create dynamic interplay?
At the convergence of nature and computational design, David explores new possibilities that bring architecture to life. |
