Maximilian Seiferlein is an architect from Frankfurt (M.). With an educational background in mechanical engineering, he studied architecture at the University of Innsbruck and the University of Technology, Sydney. During his studies, Maximilian gained practical experience in different countries and worked in various renowned architectural offices, including HENN Architekten in Munich. With a strong interest in Computational Design and Digital Manufacturing methods, he was working as an assistant at UTS Sydney and supported also a number of various workshops around the world. His work has been exhibited at the Zumtobel Light Center in Dubai.
Mr. Seiferlein is currently working on the research project 'Mesh Mould Metal', at the Chair of Architecture and Digital Fabrication (Prof. F. Gramazio, Prof. M. Kohler) and the National Competence Center in Research (NCCR) Digital Fabrication at ETH Zurich. |
